Yuli’s love for hands-on work and Japanese health practices evolved into a dedication to massage therapy. With over twenty years of experience and training from the Sedona School of Massage, she is a nationally certified and state-licensed therapist.
Yuli’s therapeutic massage sessions are tailored to each individual, utilizing a range of techniques to address unique needs. Sessions include deep or light pressure to release muscle tension and improve circulation (Swedish Massage), techniques to target and relieve muscle knots (Neuromusclular Therapy), methods to balance nerve-muscle communication (Trigger Point Therapy). Additional methods involve using heat to soften and lengthen muscles (Connective Tissue Therapy), creating negative pressure to release tissue adhesions (Cupping Therapy) and applying deep, therapeutic pressure for prolonged relief (Ashiatsu/Foot Pressure).
